Meet Jessica

Jessica has been working in veterinary medicine for nearly 10 years. After graduating from Pima Medical Institute’s Veterinary Assistant program in 2016, she began her career in 2017 and has since gained experience in boarding, client service, patient care, and surgery.

Her love for animals began at a young age, inspired in part by reading stories such as *Black Beauty* and watching animal-centered films like *Homeward Bound*. That early passion grew into a career dedicated to caring for and advocating for pets. Jessica is currently completing prerequisite coursework at Pima Community College with the goal of applying to the University of Arizona College of Veterinary Medicine.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, as well as her two cats, Gidget and Georgie, and her Pit Bull, Raven.
